Casper advises on corporate & commercial law. He possesses extensive experience in company operations and development, and provides assistance with such issues as corporate collaboration contracts, sale and acquisition contracts, public and private tenders, and various kinds of public regulation.

As CEO of the nationwide chain of solicitors Ret&Råd, and through his MBA, Casper also possesses solid business insight and a strategic understanding of the connection between legal tasks and the rest of the business world.

Casper possesses extensive experience with litigation in a wide range of areas, particularly contract law, compensation law, planning and environmental law and construction law. In addition to his experience from such cases as a solicitor, he has also been an acting judge at the Eastern High Court, which has given him invaluable insight into how the courts work and how judges assess cases.

Casper also works with other types of conflict resolution.
